More than 92% of applications submitted for services provided by Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Economy in January-June 2026 were made through electronic channels. According to the ministry, more than 13 million applications were registered for its services during the reporting period, with electronic services accounting for 92.2% of the total. Currently, the Ministry of Economy provides 289 services to citizens, including entrepreneurs, within its areas of activity, of which 181 services (62.6%) have been digitized. In addition, the Ministry of Economy’s Electronic Services Portal functions as a one-stop platform, enabling users to access services provided by the ministry’s structural units and subordinate organizations through a personal account. The portal also allows users to track the processing status of their applications and provide feedback on received services.
