Gourangatila, Ratanpur and Ampura Higher Secondary Schools are currently operating without both headmasters and assistant headmasters, creating significant administrative challenges. Similarly, Baijalbari, Baramaydan and Birchandrapur Higher Secondary Schools do not have permanent headmasters and are being managed by only one assistant headmaster each. The problem also extends to KMR High School, Debendra Choudhury High School and Wandalwang High School, all of which have been functioning without regular headmasters for an extended period. “Buildings can provide better facilities, but without capable headmasters, schools cannot function effectively.
