We were at the Ensemble Navy Yard ­offices, and Cohen and Seltzer stood over a scale model of the entire Navy Yard that looked like a Lego project completed by the world’s most overachieving fifth-grader. That may be music to the ears of the 150 employers currently based at the Navy Yard, and at least based on my unscientific survey taken while reporting this story, many of the early Navy Yard residents, like Awogbamila, are indeed people who work nearby.
