The latest expansion comes on the back of the acquisition of 85 Prax Retail forecourts in the UK last month and 98 Applegreen sites in January. The company now owns and operates more than 550 sites consisting of 270 petrol forecourts and convenience stores, along with over 220 foodservice locations. The company said it will continue to support day-to-day operations across the acquired French sites throughout the transition period. In August last year, the firm revealed it was closing its Blackburn headquarters and relocating to Charlotte, North Carolina, in the USA, while UK operations were being moved to Bolton.
