Bistro Cocotte will open in Kingly Court, ten years after the original Notting Hill spot. Founder Romain Bourrillon is taking his Cocotte name in a new direction with Bistro Cocotte, a modern French bistro and wine bar opening in Kingly Court, Soho, this coming autumn/winter. It’s not an extension of the original Notting Hill restaurant, but a fresh concept built from scratch around produce-led, generous cooking, pairing simple, ingredient-led dishes with lighter, contemporary takes on French classics. Open seven days a week, Bistro Cocotte will run a prix fixe lunch served within 45 minutes for Soho’s working crowd, before shifting gears in the evening for slower, more settled-in dining.
