Most cloud providers cobble together their management and billing tools from a patchwork of third-party software. Synteq decided to build its own instead, and this week the company launched Synteq Cloud, a unified platform handling provisioning, management, and billing across its entire product lineup, from GPU compute to its Instant Metal bare-metal offering. The shift away from third-party tools is really the story here. The platform launches with a new high-availability architecture built to stay up through hardware failures and routine maintenance, paired with distributed block storage underneath it. Beyond the infrastructure improvements, Synteq Cloud also consolidates resource and network management into one place.
