ARN has provided a market update on its still ongoing case against Jackie Henderson. In it, the company states its intention to vigously defend Henderson’s claims of unfair dismissal, with the matter still to be heard in the Federal Court from October 12-23. With that out of the way, ARN have then taken aim at The Australian, who shared an article yesterday (subscription required) saying that the network had secretly budgeted up to $35 million to get Kyle Sandilands to to drop his wrongful termination claim. ARN confirmed that there has been no provision made in either case.
