SINGAPORE – A man has been arrested after he allegedly injured a teenager with a pair of pliers during a dispute in Yishun. In a statement on Aug 3, the police said they received a call for assistance in Yishun Ring Road at about 7pm on Aug 2. The man is set to be charged on Aug 4 with voluntarily causing hurt by dangerous means. If found guilty, he could be jailed for up to seven years, as well as caned, fined, or both.
