Chelsea Green expected the fans to rally behind her. Green became the Interim WWE Women’s Champion at SummerSlam by winning a Ladder match that included both Flair and Stratton. She guest-appeared on WWE Now and stated that she knew what Hayes said about her would backfire. Green continued, “Yes (I think what Michael Hayes said about me got the fans to rally behind me).
