Sidney Street, Barrow, from its junction with Duke Street, is set to close in a south-westerly direction for approximately 45 metres. Clifford Street is also set to close from its junction with Sidney Street, extending north-west for about 20 metres. Alternative routes during the closures will be via Duke Street, Cornwallis Street, St Vincent Street, and Clifford Street. Barrow residents are advised by Westmorland and Furness Council that the works will be carried out as and when required, depending on the appropriate traffic signs being displayed.
