Three Rivers District Council’s draft Local Plan will guide new housing, infrastructure, and job growth in the district for years to come. Cllr Stephen Giles-Medhurst OBE, leader of Three Rivers District Council, said: "Three Rivers is a fantastic place to live, work and visit, and we are determined to make sure that remains the case for future generations. The plan now includes changes required by the government, including additional development on green belt land to meet higher housing targets. The consultation runs until 11.59pm on September 25, with all responses being considered by a planning inspector during a public examination. This is your last chance to express your views on the Local Plan and if you wish to participate in the independent examination."
