Tommy Frankham, of Sandy Lane, is set to appear before Swindon Magistrates’ Court on August 26. The 21-year-old has been charged with dangerous driving, driving without insurance, failing to stop for police, and using a motor vehicle where the number of passengers carried is likely to cause danger. Charges relate to reported hare coursing involving three vehicles across rural land near Ludgershall, Wiltshire, on April 25, Wiltshire Police have confirmed. They are due to appear at Salisbury Magistrates’ Court next month. Hare coursing is an illegal blood sport which involves setting hounds upon hares.
