Adriana Duah, of Cunningham Way in Leavesden, will appear at Inner London Crown Court on August 21 after pleading not guilty to two charges at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on July 24. The 39-year-old is accused of making or supplying an article for use in fraud and acquiring, using, or possessing criminal property. The criminal property charge refers to bank transfers which were known or suspected to be the proceeds from the sale of forged medical certificates, according to court documents. Duah was granted unconditional bail after electing to face a trial by jury during the magistrates’ court appearance. The health service which certificates were allegedly given in the name of is listed as the informant for the case in court documents.
