Seva Line Limited, which provides care and support to 42 people across the borough, retained its Good rating following a Care Quality Commission (CQC) assessment carried out between April and June 2026. Inspectors found people received safe, effective, caring and person-centred support, with the service rated Good across all five key areas assessed. People also said they felt safe in the care of staff who understood their needs and provided consistent support. "The business has been operating for more than 30 years and throughout that time we have worked hard to provide a good service. "We have built a very strong reputation in Bolton and are proud of the care and support we provide to people in the community."
