Joshua Morris, of Watts Dyke in Llay, appeared at Mold Magistrates Court for sentencing on Thursday afternoon. When officers arrived, Morris identified himself as the driver and sole occupant of the crashed vehicle. Others present told officers he'd been slurring his words before they arrived. Representing himself at the hearing, he told the court: "I don't know where to start. "Its not nice," the judge told him.
