The data covers the combined years 2023, 2024, and 2025 and looks at fixed cameras, including any average speed cameras which have remained in the same position. Between them, the three Flintshire cameras generated more than 57,000 NIPs to suspected speeders. At Pontybodkin, 10,780 drivers accepted a course and 8,578 took a conditional offer of a fixed penalty notice. At Garden City, 10,453 drivers attended a course compared with 5,916 fixed penalty notices, and at Oakenholt, 7,211 motorists went on a course while 4,571 accepted a fixed penalty. North Wales Police released the figures in response to a request for the three fixed position cameras responsible for the most NIPs in the combined three-year period.
