Public funding for digital transformation has risen sharply, climbing from 11 million dirhams in 2021 to more than 1.7 billion dirhams in 2024, according to the news outlet. New research centers in Casablanca and Agadir are meant to link high-level engineering with university training. Artificial intelligence sits at the center of this new phase through the AI Made in Morocco 2030 strategy, which aims to build sovereign AI solutions suited to national needs.
