The museum is seeking personal stories and garments by renowned designers Jean Muir, Bill Gibb and Zandra Rhodes for the exhibition named A Fashion Odyssey, which will run from July 1 to November 12, 2028.
The exhibition will explore the work of these important British designers in the centenary year of Muir’s birth.
National Museums Scotland hopes to locate treasured items by these designers, as well as memories and photographs from those who wore and loved their creations.
Particular interest is being shown in stories demonstrating the impact of Muir, Gibb and Rhodes in Scotland.
