Hosted annually by the Glasgow Building Preservation Trust, the festival promises music lovers a backstage pass to iconic venues, including King Tut’s Wah Wah Hut, SWG3 and the Britannia Panopticon Music Hall.
This year’s theme, Glasgow Goes Out: The Places That Made Us, celebrates the venues, dancehalls, cinemas, theatres, pubs and community spaces that have brought generations together and shaped Glasgow’s nightlife.
One of the headline attractions is King Tut’s Wah Wah Hut, where visitors can step onto its legendary stage, tour the green room and explore the production areas that have hosted some of music’s biggest names.
The festival is supported by Glasgow Life, Glasgow City Heritage Trust, Glasgow City Council and the University of Glasgow.
Erin Russo, grants manager at Glasgow City Heritage Trust, said: "At Glasgow City Heritage Trust, our work is about helping to repair and promote the city’s historic buildings and places.
