Crabtree Creek Access and the visitor center are at 8801 Glenwood Avenue in Raleigh, and Reedy Creek Access is at 2100 North Harrison Avenue in Cary. Segments of Cedar Ridge, North Turkey Creek, and South Turkey Creek trails near the project are temporarily closed. Carvers Creek State Park, Spring LakeEasy terrain allows the scenery to take priority at this Sandhills park. Ramsey Creek Park includes nature trails, picnic shelters, a playground, fishing pier, docks, boat ramps, volleyball court, dog park, and a seasonal swimming beach.
