Khammam: Bhukya Gauthami, a government teacher who was suspended six months ago for allegedly promoting a private school on social media, has resigned from her post and released an emotional video explaining her decision. Gauthami worked as an English school assistant at Mamillagudem High School in the district. She was accused of neglecting her duties and promoting admissions to a private school through Instagram reels. According to earlier reports, she continued making reels during school hours despite repeated warnings. Gauthami was also subjected to social media trolling and had appealed to netizens to stop the online abuse.
