The singer filed a notice in Los Angeles on Friday declaring that he and his company, Black Pyramid LLC, intend to challenge the judgment entered July 16. A jury found Brown liable after his 200-pound Caucasian shepherd, Hades, attacked Maria Avila while she was taking out trash at his Tarzana, California, home on December 12, 2020.
