Petherick first joined New Look in 2024 as chief information officer, before taking on her current position as chief operating officer last year. Before joining New Look, Petherick was managing director at professional services company Accenture, and also previously served on the board of the British Fashion Council (2022-2026). She succeeds Helen Connolly, who is exiting the fashion retailer to join Asda as CEO of its fashion and homeware arm George, as revealed by Drapers last month.
