STEUBENVILLE, Ohio – Youngstown State University Steubenville will welcome new students and the community with its inaugural Penguin Kickoff on Aug. 11. “At Youngstown State University, we believe opportunity begins with connection,” said Jennifer Board, YSU Steubenville executive director. “Penguin Kickoff marks the moment our newest students officially become part of the Penguin family. In addition to serving incoming students, Penguin Kickoff will offer an opportunity for prospective students and families to discover everything YSU Steubenville has to offer. “Penguin Kickoff reflects our commitment to making higher education accessible, personal and connected to the communities we serve,” Board said.
