YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Legacy Tire & Auto Repair will host a Legacy Mahoning Avenue Cleanup on Sept. 19 in support of World Cleanup Day 2026. “The Legacy Mahoning Avenue Cleanup is an opportunity for local businesses, residents, students and organizations to come together and make a visible difference.
