Ayala Land scored 68 (out of 100) in the 2025 S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA Score as of 11/02/2026).
This score earned Ayala Land its place as a member in the prestigious 2026 Sustainability Yearbook, alongside global sustainability leaders in real estate, evaluated on environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance.
