Richard McAusland, 38, acted aggressively, shouted and refused to leave the Langriggs property when requested to do so. He also threatened to harm himself with a knife and threw objects within the home, all on July 25. McAusland, of Hawthornbank Road, pleaded guilty to the offence during a hearing at Edinburgh Sheriff Court earlier this year and was due to return to the dock for sentencing last week. But when the case called, Sheriff Fiona Sharp was told that McAusland had not turned up at court and she issued a non-appearance warrant for his arrest.
