Housebuilder David Wilson Redrow South West is launching its Elm Grove development on Bradley Road, near Drynham Lane, with the opening of three fully furnished show homes. The 41-acre scheme will deliver 248 homes, including 72 affordable properties, alongside areas of open space, a community orchard and allotments.
