The fixed-fee Estate Planning Package was put in place by Little Lever and Bury-based law firm Clough & Willis and includes professionally prepared wills with other services. The firm says the package will help people save around £125 compared to when each service is bought individually. Clough & Willis says the Estate Planning Package has been designed to make estate planning as simple as possible. The fixed fee includes advice and guidance on a will and lasting powers of attorney. Once signed, Clough & Willis will submit the lasting power of attorney applications to the Office of the Public Guardian for registration.
