Well-loved Monifieth pub and restaurant The Milton Inn is opening its doors again this month under new ownership. Now, Glenn Roach – who runs Taypark House in Dundee – is taking the reins of The Milton Inn. “And I see it as a really good opportunity to make something special: a community-based pub restaurant.” Glenn’s plans for The Milton Inn, MonifiethGlenn collected the keys for the Monifieth pub on Friday.
