Having bounced around numerous breweries, there is little shortage of craft brewing knowledge shared between Mike Steil and Nick Roelofs. With stints at Founders Brewing Co., Greyline Brewing Co., and Brewery Vivant in Grand Rapids, in addition to locations in Chicago and New York, and now at Flat River Brewing Co. in Greenville, Steil has worked in many capacities in the brewing industry over the past 15 years.
