Two lucky Perthshire residents are celebrating after winning the Postcode Lottery. Blairgowrie neighbours Keith Gibb and Neil McGregor scooped £250,000 each when their postcode landed the monthly prize draw on August 1. Keith, who is days away from turning 70, said the win is “unbelievable”. The 72-year-old also won £250,000 after his son Scott convinced him to buy a ticket. The retired site manager’s win came two years after Scott, 56, watched neighbours in Bridge of Earn share a £10.2 million prize pot.
