['Clare Buchanan']
Dunfermline Press | News
Two portable buildings are to be put place at the Toll Community Centre in Burntisland.
The cabins wil be used as home and away changing facilities by the club on alternative Saturdays during the football season and twice weekly for training.
They will also be used by the community centre as a flexible multi-use hub to host and expand its scheduled activities for children, adults, and elderly groups.
Approving the application, the report added: “The proposals accord with the provisions of policy and guidance relating to design/visual impact, residential amenity and transportation/road safety.
“Subject to conditions, the proposals accord with the Development Plan overall, with no material considerations of sufficient weight to justify departing therefrom.”
