Police are on the hunt for a man who robbed a store in a Midlothian village. A man entered and threatened staff with a knife before he stole a three-figure sum of money from the till. Police called it a “frightening incident” for the staff members involved. Detective Constable Shaun Devenney said: “This was a frightening incident for the staff, and it is vital we trace the man responsible. “I am appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident or someone matching the description above to contact us.
