Ronnie Wood to step in at UK country festival after previous headliner withdraws from line-upRonnie Wood has been confirmed to play a major UK country festival, after its previous headliner was forced to pull out. The Long Road festival had been plunged into chaos last week after its Saturday headliner, Bailey Zimmerman, announced he was pulling out of all his upcoming UK and European dates to “focus on important family matters”. To this end, they are also set to play a show together at the O2 Kentish Town in London on August 21st. Lionel Richie, Christina Aguilera, Janet Jackson, and Ricky Martin were also set to headline Sandringham in August. Separately, Wood also confirmed that The Faces are “slowly working” on new music, with this potentially being set for release sometime next year.
