Tajikistan, Kuwait step up cooperation in consular matters

Tajikistan and Kuwait reaffirmed their commitment to expanding cooperation in consular affairs during talks between Tajik Ambassador to Kuwait Khusrav Noziri and Kuwaiti Deputy Foreign Minister for Consular Affairs Aziz Rahim Al-Daihani.
This was reflected in the statement by the Tajikistan's Foreign Ministry.
The meeting, held on August 2 in Kuwait, focused on strengthening bilateral engagement in consular matters and enhancing coordination between the two countries' foreign ministries.
"The parties confirmed their readiness to continue close cooperation in the consular sphere," Tajikistan's Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
Consular cooperation typically includes coordination on visa and travel matters, assistance to nationals abroad, legal and administrative support, and the facilitation of official exchanges.
