His 15-year-old cousin Sameeha Rahman and her mother, 41-year-old Shelina Rahman, died at the scene. A multi-agency emergency response was launched, including police, fire, ambulance, coastguard, and RNLI crews from West Mersea and Clacton-on-Sea.
