Vertu has appointed Dassos Morby as general manager of its Skoda dealership in Leicester. He has nearly 20 years of experience in senior leadership positions with brands from across the Volkswagen Group. Morby said: “After more than a decade with my previous company, I’m delighted to take on a fresh challenge leading the team at Skoda Leicester. Having initially started his automotive career with BMW, Morby first worked with the VAG division after joining Audi as a general sales manager before progressing through various leadership positions. Morby joined Vertu in June to lead the dealership on Groby Road, which became the fifth Skoda retail site in the Group when it was acquired from Marshalls in November.
