A plea agreement was recently reached by a Montpelier man accused of several sex offenses involving kids. 20 year old Levi D. Favourite was charged with five counts of illegal use of a minor or impaired person in explicit material, all second-degree felonies; five counts of pandering sexually-oriented material involving a minor, all second-degree felonies; two counts of fifth-degree felonies for voyeurism; and two counts of misdemeanor one voyeurism. As part of the plea agreement, Favourite will enter a guilty plea to a count of unauthorized use of a young or impaired person in nudity-oriented content. This is a second-degree felony that carries a maximum sentence of 12 years in jail and a $15,000 fine.
