BW: Workplace Experts has announced a series of senior leadership appointments following the appointment of Anthony Brown as chief executive. Peter Nagle was appointed chief operating officer, taking responsibility for project delivery, resourcing, operational performance, processes and quality. Rachel Tabone was appointed people director after four years with the company, where she has led work on leadership development, company culture and talent strategy. Helen Mulligan Lowe became sales director, taking responsibility for BW’s sales function. She joined the business nine years ago and will continue to work with the executive team on its sales strategy.
