Hart County Sheriff Chris Carroll says two people are charged with drug possession after a search of their residence. He said on July 23, 2026, at approximately 10:27 a.m., deputies and investigators with the Hart County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at a residence on Oak Park Lane following complaints of suspected drug activity and as part of proactive enforcement efforts. As a result of the investigation, Andrew Douglas Tester was arrested and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute. Carroll said the Hart County Sheriff’s Office remains committed to aggressively investigating illegal drug activity and appreciates the information provided by members of our community.
