Franklin County Commissioners will hold a special called joint meeting with the Franklin County Recreation Board this afternoon at 4:30 p.m.After approving the agenda, both boards will move into executive session. However, at the Franklin County Commission work session last week, the Board heard from a former Rec Dept coach David Chastain. He said Gailey has also barred the Franklin County Little League from using the Rec Department ball fields. Lisa Hambrick said her son has been playing football at the Rec Dept since he was six. Again, the called meeting between the BOC and the Rec Dept Board takes place at 4:30 p.m. at the Justice Center in Carnesville.
