European ETFs attracted record first-half inflows in 2026, with assets under management crossing the €3 trillion mark for the first time.
According to LSEG Lipper’s European ETF Industry Review H1 2026, the industry recorded net inflows of €221.7bn during the first six months of the year, putting it on track for a record annual total.
European active ETF assets near €110bn in first halfEquity ETFs dominated investor demand with €170.8bn of net inflows, followed by bond ETFs with €39bn and money market ETFs with €11.1bn.
At the provider level, iShares led European ETF sales with €65.7bn of net inflows, followed by Amundi ETF (€28.5bn) and Vanguard (€21.3bn).
The best-selling individual product was the Vanguard FTSE All-World Ucits ETF, which attracted €14bn of net inflows during the first half.
