A Sydney councillor has unleashed on illegal dumpers who have turned a residential street in Campsie into a towering rubbish tip, vowing to track down those responsible and force them to pay the clean-up bill.
The putrid pile of waste stretches along a 20m stretch of Bexley Road in front of a unit block, creating what locals describe as a revolting stink.
