Tree removalApproval has been granted to remove two Leyland Cypress pine trees from the front of a property on Victoria Road within the Penarth Conservation Area. The first, around 9 metres tall, is only 2 metres from the front door and has reportedly damaged walls and the door frame. The second, approximately 6 metres tall and 4 metres from the entrance, is believed to be affecting the building and a Victorian stone path.
