'Why are York National Railway Museum visitors being forced on a 15-minute trek?'
[]
York Press | News
WHAT do visitors to York think of the appallingly round-about route they have to take to reach the National Railway Museum (NRM) from the station?
In the extreme heat we're suffering, they have to walk for around 15 minutes to reach the temporary entrance.
The museum could have created a temporary entrance much closer to the station.
It's a poor advert for the museum and York generally.
Museum management should be ashamed.
