A dance studio franchise is continuing its growth locally with a south-of-the-James encore. The Forest Hill area was appealing because it was both in the city and accessible. Wine said opening a dance studio in Forest Hill was somewhat of a gamble, but one that seemed to be paying off ahead of its opening on Aug. 30. The upcoming Bella Ballerina has a seven-year lease on the N unit of 7101 Forest Hill Ave., which was formerly a Subway. Local Bella Ballerina classes cost about $330 for the 12-week sessions for younger students and $345 for the 12-week sessions for older kids.
