A 36-year-old Ellenville woman has died following a head-on accident on State Route 209 in Ulster County, NY. Upon arrival, the NYSP began a preliminary investigation, which revealed that a 2021 Hyundai, traveling northbound on State Route 209, failed to keep right and collided head-on with a 2004 Gulf Stream Conquest motorhome. Sadly, despite life-saving efforts, the operator of the Hyundai, identified as 36-year-old Elsa M. Booth, of Ellenville, NY, succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced deceased on scene.
