Meanwhile, the group also managed to win a record contract that is valued at around $70 million that was awarded in July. Lincotrade states that it represents the largest single contract in its history for addition and alteration, and office fit-out works at an educational institution in Singapore. The $70 million contract has commenced work on Aug 1 and for a period of around 54 months (4.5 years).
