BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 3. The list of measures financed by the Energy Efficiency Fund has been expanded in Azerbaijan. This is reflected in the law on amendments to the law "On the efficient use of energy resources and energy efficiency", approved by President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev. The document text was published on his official website. The law is aimed at creating a stable financial mechanism for the sustainable and long-term implementation of educational activities in the field of energy efficiency, thereby promoting energy-efficient behavior, increasing the level of public awareness, introducing new communication tools, and forming a culture of energy saving.
